Cashcat is a trading style of HOWPO OÜ. Howpo OÜ advertises, aggregates, and compares financial service products offered by banks, NBOs and other lending operators. We are a credit broker and not a Lending Operator and offer credit facilities from a panel of lenders.
Consumer advisory
Cashcat is a loan matching service. This site will submit the information you provide to a direct lender. Upon application approval, a direct lender will require further information from you which will be collected after we transfer you to their website or they may contact you via phone or email.
We only work with direct lenders approved and certified by the financial regulator (sec.gov.ph). Always check if the lending company is authorised by SEC to operate as a Lending Operator — see the SEC list of lending companies with a Certificate of Authority. Our partners always have physical offices in the Philippines.
Cashcat advertises loan offers of companies with the following certificates (but not limited to mentioned below):

- Certificate of Authority No. 1150
Warning
Late or missed loan payments may be subject to increased fees and interest rates and can cause you serious money problems. Lenders may use collection services for non-payment of loans.

Loan terms, conditions and policies vary by lender and applicant qualifications. Not all applicants will be approved for their requested loan amounts or advertised interest rates. Loan repayment periods vary by lender and applicant qualifications also.

Loans available to over-18s only, subject to status. Not all borrowers will qualify for a loan. The operator of this website does not engage in any direct consumer lending — we simply provide a FREE loan matching service to the public. To operate this service we receive a commission from the lender we refer you to.
